Get the placement approved by the right person
Explain whether an organiser, manager or property representative makes the decision. Review the proposed toilet position and pedestrian route with that person. Tell the rental business about shared entrances or restricted visiting periods before relying on a preferred model or delivery window.
Keep later visits in the agreement
Ask how service and collection can take place while other property users are present. Include washing and the full occupied timetable. Confirm the contact for changes so a new shift or departing organiser does not leave the supplier without the accepted access information.
