Give washing a convenient place
Describe where people need to wash and how that connects with the toilets and activity areas. Ask about a separate station when the chosen cabin lacks the required facilities. Sanitizer and handwashing are different provisions; specify the intended function rather than relying on a broad equipment category.
Check resources throughout the rental
Review the actual station’s water, wastewater and supply arrangements. Identify who reports depletion or a problem and what replenishment is agreed. Include helpers and later cleanup in the use pattern so the plan covers more than the moment guests or workers arrive.
Equipment and service details to compare
Washing is a separate facility decision
A hand sanitizer dispenser is not the same as a handwashing station. Discuss soap, water, drying supplies and wastewater handling for the proposed sink. Ask whether those items and replenishment are included. Food preparation or regulated activities may have additional requirements; confirm the arrangement with the responsible organiser or authority.
Plan for the whole period
Estimate who will wash, when use peaks and how long facilities remain open. Agree how shortages or faults are reported and who provides routine attention. Do not discharge wastewater onto the property or assume a nearby tap may be connected; obtain the supplier’s instructions for the quoted equipment.
