Explain separate activity areas, staff needs and existing bathrooms. Ask about toilet quantities, accessible options and washing together. A single total headcount does not establish whether one facility position serves the entire group conveniently throughout the programme.
Plan attention around the occupied site
Review the supplier route while visitors are present and identify who coordinates it. Confirm supplies, service concerns and the last period of use. Keep collection access clear after barriers or other rentals move so the end of the programme does not disrupt removal.
